| 摘 要： | 对小儿脑性瘫痪如何正确设计有效的治疗方法,仍是骨科领域中较为棘手的问题,本文详细阐述了如何筛选适宜病例,选择有效术式,使之在原有的病理基础上矫正畸形、改善姿势及步态,提高生活自理能力和接受职业训练,并对一些常用术式作了介绍。
