基于德尔菲法专家调研的我国医疗机构辅助用药研究

目的：明确辅助用药的界定，了解目前我国医疗机构辅助用药的使用现状，初步确定需要重点监测的辅助用药品种及其监测指标，为辅助用药的管理提供指导方向。方法：采用德尔菲法设计调查问卷，对60名专家进行了三轮调查，并对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果：三轮问卷专家积极系数（回收率）分别为83.3%，100%，100%；辅助用药重点监测品种中9类药物的专家意见集中程度和协调程度均较高；监测指标中药品使用金额比例、使用率、适应证、合并辅助用药品种数的专家意见集中程度和协调程度较高。结论：基于德尔菲法的专家问卷调查明确了辅助用药的界定，初步确定了需要重点监测的辅助用药品种及其指标，为辅助用药的管理奠定了基础。

Research of adjuvant drugs in medical institutions in China based on Delphi method

OBJECTIVE To define adjuvant drugs and learn about current application status of adjuvant drugs in medical institutions in China, determine monitoring drugs and their monitoring indexes.METHODS Questionnaire was designed by using Delphi method, issued to 60 experts, and then results of questionnaires were analyzed.RESULTS Active coefficients of experts were 83.3%,100% and 100% in three rounds. Degree of concentration and coordination to 9 key monitoring drugs were high. Degree of concentration and coordination to monitoring indexes were higher in money, usage rate, indication, drug combination.CONCLUSION Research based on Delphi method makes definition of adjuvant drugs more explicit, and primarily determines key monitoring drugs and indexes. It provides a foundation for management of adjuvant drugs.
