社会支持对大学生心理健康的影响

目的探讨社会支持对大学生心理健康的影响并具体探究社会支持对心理健康各个成分的作用。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和社会支持问卷（SSRS）对山西4所大学共280名大学生的心理健康状况和社会支持情况进行了测查。结果1男生的主观支持显著高于女生。而客观支持、对支持的利用度及支持总分,男、女生没有显著差异;2客观支持、支持利用度和支持总分与心理健康各因子都显著相关。主观支持与心理健康大部分因子显著相关;3客观支持和支持的利用度对心理健康的作用最明显;4主观支持对心理健康各因子的作用都不显著,客观支持对强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁以及精神病性作用非常显著,支持利用度对焦虑和敌对的作用非常显著。结论社会支持对心理健康有显著影响。

Effects of social support on the mental health of College students

Objective To investigate social support＇s effects on the mental health of college students and specially explore the social support＇s effects on various components of mental health.Methods 280 students from four Universities of Shanxi were conducted survey by using Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）.Results ①Male student＇s subjective support was significantly higher than that of female.Objective support,employing support and total scores of social support had no significant difference between male and female students.②Objective support,employing support and total support scores were significantly correlated to every factors of mental health.Subjective support was significantly correlate to a majority of factors of Mental Health.③Objective support and employing support affected mental health most obviously.④Subjective support had no significant effects on every factor of mental health.Objective support had very significant effects on obsessive-Compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and psychoticism.Employing support had very significant effects on anxiety and hostility.Conclusion Social Support had significant effects on mental health.
