| 摘 要： | 目的 观察羊膜移植治疗深层角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法 我们采用同种异体多层羊膜移植治疗深层角膜溃疡6例(6眼)，均为药物治疗无效的细菌性角膜溃疡结果6眼均治愈。术后未见羊膜移植片急性排斥反应，术后5—12天炎症控制，4-5周角膜上皮愈合，溃疡灶留下不同程发的瘢痕。结论羊膜移植治疗深层角膜溃疡是一种有效方法，尤其适用于角膜侈植供体缺乏、抢救药物治疗无效且病情进行性发展的深层角膜溃疡。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of amniotic membrane transplantation on deep corneal ulcer.Methods 6 eyes (6 cases) of deep corneal ulcer had accepted allogenic multi-layer amniotic membrane transplantation.All cases are bacterial infection,and no respondence to medicine treatment.Results All 6 eyes were cured,and no acute rejection were observed.The inflammation were controlled in 5-12 days.Conclusion The amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective method on deep corneal ulcer. |
