| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济和卫生事业的发展，我国护理人才日渐趋紧。目前医护比例失调问题严重。本文通过对护理队伍状况的分析，找出护理教育在发展过程中存在的与经济发展不相适应的问题进行研究，以找出相应的对策，通过调整，进一步与我国经济发展相适应。
