老年2型糖尿病血清脂联素与周围血管病的关系

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平与周围血管病之间的关联。方法入选60名老年2型糖尿病患者,根据ABI数值分为两组,一组为无周围血管病组(ABI≥0.9),另一组为合并周围血管病组(ABI<0.9),并选取30名健康老年人群作为对照组,同时收集入选者的临床资料及生化指标,计算稳态模型的胰岛素抵抗指数,并用酶联免疫法测定血清脂联素水平。结果合并周围血管病组血清脂联素水平明显低于无周围血管病组及健康对照组(P<0.05);糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05);相关性研究表明,血清脂联素与血糖、TG、TC、LDL-C显著负相关,与HDL-C、ABI显著正相关。结论老年2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平与周围血管病密切相关。

Relationship between serum adiponectin and peripheral vascular disease in elderly type 2 diabetic patients

【Objective】 To investigate the association between serum adiponectin levels and peripheral vascular disease among the elderly type 2 diabetic patients.【Methods】 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,divided into 2 groups according to their ABI values,a group without peripheral vascular disease(ABI≥0.9),and another group with peripheral vascular disease(ABI <0.9),and 30 healthy elderly people also selected as the control group,clinical data and biochemical parameters of all the subjects were collected,homeostasis model insulin resistance index was formed,and the serum adiponectin levels were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.【Results】 The serum adiponectin levels of peripheral vascular disease patients are significantly lower than these of non-peripheral vascular disease group and healthy control group(P <0.05);the levels of diabetic patients also lower than those with healthy control group(P <0.05);the correlation studies have shown that serum adiponectin was significantly negatively correlated with blood glucose,TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C,but a significant positive correlation with the ABI values.【Conclusions】 The serum adiponectin levels of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes are closely related to their peripheral vascular disease.
