摘    要:
树突状细胞(DC)不仅具有摄取、处理和提呈抗原至T细胞的功能,而且还参与免疫耐受的形成。近来发现,系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中T细胞的过度活化可能与DC功能失调有关。SLE患者血清中的IFN-α诱导物可促进正常单核细胞向DC的分化,髓样和淋巴样DC有异常迁移行为。SLE患者的主要自身抗原抗体也可诱导DC通过MyD88不依赖性通路直接激活。本文主要就DC的诱导免疫耐受功能以及其成熟过程的影响因素,在其对自身免疫性疾病中的作用简要概述。

Abstract:
Reserches have demonstrated that dendritic cell (DC) can not only incept,dispose and present antigens to T cells,but also take part in the body tolerance.Recently,we found out that the excess activated T cells in the systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients may related to the functional disorder of the DC.IFN-αin SLE patient serum can induce the differentiation of monocyte to DC and the marrowoid or lymphoid DC may appear abnormal transference in that case.The main autoantigens or autoantibodies of SLE patients can also induce DC activation directly through a MyD88 independent passageway.In this article we mainly discuss how DC induce the tolerance and the influencing factors in the process of its maturation,and then make summarize of its action in autoimmunity disease.
