COPD并发肺心病中医证型与病情程度相关性的对应分析研究

目的探寻COPD并发肺心病中医证型与病情程度之间的关系。方法对应分析方法分析病情程度与中医证型关系。结果COPD并发肺心病不同中医证型病情程度差异明显，对应分析显示痰浊蕴肺证偏于轻度，痰热壅肺及气阴两虚证偏于中度，阳虚水泛证偏于重度。结论COPD并发肺心病的中医证型与病情程度具有一定关系，由痰热、痰浊至气阴两虚及阳虚水泛证，疾病逐渐加重。

The Correspondence Analysis of the Relationship between Illness Degree and Syndrome Patterns of TCM in COPD with CCP

Objective:To investigate the relationship between syndrome patterns of TCM in COPD with CCP and inllness degree.Methods: The relationship between inllness degree and syndrome patterns of TCM were treated by correspondence analysis method.Results: In the COPD with CCP, different syndrome patterns of TCM showed clear variations on illness degree. Correspondence analysis showed that TanZhuo YunFei pattern was prone to low-grade, TangXu SHuiFan pattern to severe-grade.Conclusions: It had some relation between syndrome patterns of TCM and illness degree, from TanZhuo YongFei and TanRe YongFei to QiYin LiangXu and YanggXu ShuiFan, the illness degree became severe gradually.
