布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察布地奈德鼻喷雾剂对慢性单纯性鼻炎、慢性肥厚性鼻炎以及鼻息肉患者临床使用效果。方法 将慢性单纯性鼻炎60例、慢性肥厚性鼻炎60例以及鼻息肉60例,分别采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂(每天早晨用药1次)和麻黄素滴鼻液(每天早、中、晚各用药1次)治疗,观察用药前后症状、体征的变化。结果 布地奈德鼻喷雾剂对慢性单纯性鼻炎、慢性肥厚性鼻炎、鼻息肉的总有效率分别为96.6%、93.3%、80.0%,平均90.0%,而麻黄素滴鼻液分别为73.3%、80.0%、26.7%,平均60.0%。结论 布地奈德鼻喷雾剂对鼻腔慢性炎症疗效显著,具有起效快,疗效持续时间长,分布广泛,无明显毒副作用等优点。

Abstract:Objective To observe the certainty and safety of budesonide nasal spraying agent on clinic therapy in chronic simple rhinitis, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and nasal polyp. Methods One hundred and eighty patients were randomly divided into budesonide nasal spraying agent group and ephedrine group.The first group sprayed only one time every day,however,the second group sprayed three times every day,then we observed patients' changes on symtoms and signs after using different treatment. Results The total effective rate of budesonide nasal spraying agent on clinic therapy in chronic simple rhinitis, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and nasal polyp was 90.0%. Otherwise,The total effective rate of ephedrine was 60.0%. Conclusion The effects of budesonide nasal spraying agent on clinic therapy in chronic rhinitis was significant.It has many good qualities including fast effects,long persisting time,extensive distribution,less side effects and so on.
