| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖水平控制前后对静脉血血小板计数（PLT）及平均体积（MPV）的影响。方法以血细胞分析仪测定血小板相关参数（PLT、MPV），以GOD法测定血糖水平。结果糖尿病组血糖水平控制前后均对PLT与MPV产生影响，且控制前较为显著。结论糖尿病患者血小板数量及平均体积均增高。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of blood sugar control on the platelet count(PLT) and mean platelet volume(MPV) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) patients.Methods Blood sugar was determined by GOD method,platelet parameters were measured with BC-2000 Hematology Counter.The results from normal controls and DM patients(n=30 each) were analysed before and after blood sugar control.Results The values of PLT and MPV in DM were higher than normal.The MPV in DM was lowered after blood sugar control(from 10.7 fl to 9.8 fl,P<0.05),but was still higher than normal(9.8 fl vs 8.7 fl,P<0.05).Conclusion The PLT and MPV of the diabetes mellitus group are above that of the normal. |
