上海市老年护理医院从业人员护理知识行为与态度调查

目的了解上海市53家老年护理医院工作人员护理知识行为与态度。方法2007年3—6月,对上海市53家老年护理医院的1083名从业人员统一发放书面调查问卷和电子调查表格,问卷内容包括老年护理医院服务的内容、功能定位、开展护理工作的重要措施和困难等方面的认识及态度、工作人员缺乏的技能等。结果991人(92.1%)认为临终关怀是老年护理医院的主要功能;54.3%的人认为开展老年护理最大的困难是"政府重视不足";从业人员认为最缺乏的技能是心理治疗(30.6%),现在最需要掌握的技能是疾病诊治(42.2%)。结论上海市老年护理医院功能定位不明、从业人员实践能力不强,应加强队伍建设和管理。

Investigation on the Knowledge,Behavior and Attitude of the Medical staff in Shanghai′s Geriatric Nursing Hospitals

Objective To investigate the nursing knowledge,behavior and attitude of the medical staff in 53 geriatric nursing hospitals of Shanghai.Methods A paper questionnaire and an electric table were taken from March to June 2007 covering 1 083 persons of the staff in 53 geriatric nursing hospitals of Shanghai to investigate the service contents,functional orientation,main measures in performing nursing work and the difficulties,as well as the skills the staff wanted.Results Some 92.1 % (991 persons) of the investigated subjects believed the hospice nurse is the major function in a geriatric nursing hospital; 54.3 % held that the largest difficulty in practice of geriatric nursing lies in "no enough attention paid by the government".Among the medical staff 30.6 % held the most wanted skill was psychological therapy,and 42.2 % believed the skill mostly needed was diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion The functional orientation in geriatric nursing hospitals of Shanghai is no clear,the medical staff are lack of practical ability,so the construction and management of the medical staff should be enhanced.
