关于海马内突触小球超微结构的辨认

摘    要:用电镜技术对大白鼠海马CAl区的突触小球超微结构作了观察,发现有二种形态的突触小球。一种是小球的突触神经成分均封闭在球内,另一种是小球内的苔状纤维终末与球外神经毯内的树突于形成轴-树突触。小球的中央轴突终末即是苔状纤维终末,它不仅与树突侧棘形成轴-棘突触,而且与树突形成轴-树突触。树-树突触在小球内亦可见到。本文就突触小球的结构成分和突触小球的概念等问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:Using electron microscopy in the present study we have observed the ultrastructure of synaptie glomerulus in the rat hippocampus. Two morphological forms of the synaptic glomerulus were found in the hippocampal CAl region. In one of them. all neural elements of the synapses were enclosed within the synaptic glomerulus. In the other. the mossy fiber ending was associated with the postsynaptic surface of the dendritic trunk in extraglomerular neuropil and they formed the axo-dendritic synapse. The central axon terminals of the synaptic glomeruli were identified as mossy fiber endings. These findings showed that the mossy fiber endings not only formed axo-spinous synapses with the dendritic spines, but also were connected with the dendrites forming axo-dendritic synapses. Dendro-dendritic synapses were also encountered in the synaptic glomerulus.The problems of the synaptic components and concept of the structure in synaptic glomerulus were discussed.
