| 摘 要： | Polo样激酶1是一种丝氨酸／苏氨酸蛋白激酶，其结构和功能高度保守，参与细胞周期不同阶段检查点的精密调控，是维持细胞周期正常运行的一种关键物质。然而，该激酶在多种肿瘤细胞中高度表达，且其过度表达是肿瘤不良预后的标志之一，因此对其的研究对癌症的诊断和治疗以及新的抗癌药物的开发具有非常重要的意义。综述Polo样激酶1与有丝分裂和肿瘤的关系，介绍若干已进入临床研究的小分子Polo样激酶1抑制剂及其抗肿瘤活性和构效关系。
