加压滑动鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折56例临床观察

目的：观察加压滑动鹅头钉在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法：采用切开复位加压滑动鹅头钉治疗了56例股骨粗隆间骨折患者．并进行了随访。结果：55例随访6～36个月，骨折均甲级愈合，无内固定物松动、折弯或断裂，无髋内翻、肢体外旋和短缩畸形．患髋功能优良率达83．7％。结论：加压滑动鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有复位效果好、固定可靠、并发症少、能早期起床活动等优点，是首选的治疗方法之一。

Clinical observation of 56 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated by the dynamic hip screw

Objective: To observe the curative effects of the application of the dynamic hip screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: Fifty-six patients sufferred intertrochanteric fractures had been treated with dynamic hip screw and followed up. Results: All but one cases had been followed up for 6 to 36 months, all fractures healed for the first rate without screw broken or internal fixity brokendown, coxa adducta etc, the excellent rate of joint function was 83. 7%. Conclusion: The dynamic hip screw is one of the best treatment for intertrochanteric fractures due to its advantages of satisfactory positioning, strong fixation, little complication and early exercise could be obtained.
