Athro-7对骨关节炎疼痛的干预效果研究

目的了解Athro-7（关节佳胶囊）对骨关节炎患者疼痛和生活质量的影响。方法采用随机平行对照试验,选择89例骨关节炎患者,随机分为干预组（44例）和对照组（45例）,干预组服用关节佳胶囊,对照组服用安慰剂,疗程12周。观察两组患者关节疼痛情况,采用生活质量量表对其生活质量进行测评。结果疗程结束后,两组患者关节疼痛、压痛的阳性率、生活质量评分中躯体疼痛得分间差别有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。干预组患者以上指标干预前后间差别有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论关节佳胶囊在改善骨关节炎患者疼痛躯体疼痛方面有一定效果。

Intervention Effect of Athro-7 Joint Complex on arthralgia of Osteoarthritis

Objective To determine the effect of Athro-7 on arthralgia of osteoarthritis (OA).Methods 89 patients(older than 50 years) with osteoartritis were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group to experiment in a parallel matching method.The patients in intervention group were given orally Athro-7,1 capsule daily,for 12 weeks,while the patients in control group received capsules without Arthro-7 ingredients.Results After the treatment,the difference in scoring of life quality,arthralgia,positive rate of arthralgia compression pain and of ankylosis between intervention group and control group was significant(P<0.01),and there was significant difference in the above-mentioned between two groups,the body pain (BP) scale in intervention group was improved(P<0.05)compared with that in control group.Conclusion The results suggest that Athro-7 can improve symptoms and quality of life of patients with} osteoartritis.
