| 摘 要： | 综述脑-肠轴与脑-肠互动、orexin、脑-肠互动与肠易激综合征（IBS）三者的密切关系，艾灸调节胃肠动力和镇痛作用机制。认为orexin及脑-肠互动对IBS的发生发展具有重要意义，脑-肠轴是艾灸治疗IBS机制的重要途径。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the relationship between brain-gut axis and brain-gut interaction, orexin, brain-gut interaction and irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）, and the moxibustion effects on gastrointestinal motility and pain relief. It is held that orexin and brain-gut interaction plays an important role in IBS, and brain-gut axis is an essential approach to moxibustion against IBS. |
