当黄片调节免疫抗贫血的实验研究

目的:通过复制动物贫血模型,观察当黄片调节免疫抗贫血效应。方法:采用失血法造成小鼠失血性贫血模型,观测小鼠的血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞(RBC)、红细胞压积及平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度值,观测小鼠的廓清指数K值,吞噬指数α及HC50值。结果:当黄片以0.5g/(kg·d)的剂量,给失血性贫血小鼠灌胃14d,可明显增加小鼠HB、RBC值,能提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,同时该药能提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平,对输注绵羊红细胞所致特异性抗体生成有促进作用。结论:当黄片具有调节免疫抗贫血效应。

Antianemic effect of danghuang tablet by regulating immune function

Objective To observe the antianemic effect of danghuang tablet in the model of spanemic mice. Methods Sixty male Kunming mice were divided into three experiments: the first experiment(n=30) was redivided into the normal controlled group(NC group, n=10), the positive controlled group(PC group, n=10) and the danghuang treatment group(DT group, n=10); the second and third experiments were also ridivided into the normal controlled group(NC group, n=10), levamisole hydrochloride treatment group(LHT group, n=10) and the danghuang treatment group(DT group, n=10). Antianemic model was induced by blood loss in Kunming mice. Blood samples were obtained by exanguination of vena orbitalis posterior for the determinations of HB, RBC, HCT, MCHC, K values of clearent index, phagocytic index and HC50 at 14 d after treatment. Results In DT group, the levels of HB, RBC, HCT and MCHC of spanemic mouse, macrophage phagocytic function and HC50 was remarkably increased after. Conclusion The administration of danghuang talbet may play an antianemic role via the regulation of immune.
