| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌术后心律失常的发生原因。方法回顾性分析2005年6月至2007年4月间325例食管癌手术病例的资料。结果术后心律失常83例,占25.54%,65岁以上患者术后心律失常发生率(28.11%),高于65岁以下患者(20.37%)(P<0.01)。术前有心电图异常者术后心律失常发生率(53.57%)明显高于术前心电图正常者(10.80%)(P<0.01)。手术时间≥180min术后心律失常发病率(31.89%),明显高于手术时间<180min者(18.46%)(P<0.01)。术前有肺部合并症者术后心律失常发生率(55.00%),明显高于无肺部合并症者(21.40%)(P<0.01)。结论食管癌术后心率失常发生与年龄、肺部并发症、手术时间、术前心电图异常有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the risk factors of postoperative arrhythmias in patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods From Jun,2005 to Apr,2007,325 postoperative patients with esophageal carcinoma were studied.Results Eighty-three patients had postoperative arrhythmias(25.54%).The analytics showed the patients who were older than 65 years,had pre-operative arrhythmias,the operation time longer than 180 minutes and had pre-operative lung disease were easer to suffer from postoperative arrhythmias.Conclusions The risk factors of postoperative arrhythmias include the patients' age,pre-operative abnormal ECG,the operation time and lung complications. |
