| 摘 要： | 通过问卷和口腔检查，成都市区小学一至五年级学生的牙菌斑指数与年级的升高呈负相关．牙软垢指数随年级的变化趋势不明显；各年级学生的口腔卫生质量欠佳。牙菌斑指数良好和一般者仅占22．87％．而较差和极差者高达77．13％；牙软垢指数良好和一般者仅占23．75％，而较差和极差者高达76．25％。各项指标中，仅女生的牙软垢指数的均值较男生为高．提示女生的口腔卫生状况较男生为好，说明牙软垢指数较能全面反映口腔卫生状况。口腔卫生的重点在于加强右侧牙、磨牙、舌面的刷牙质量。

| Abstract: | The results of the caries cpidemiological investigation among 1303 primary and middle school students showed that the incidence rate of caries was higher among city students than among rural students. Among the total caries,the rate of the first molar caries was 54. 8%, with first molar higher than any other tooth. The caries incidence of mandibular first molar was higher than that of maxillary first molar. It is reasonable to conclude that oral health education and preventing the first molar from dental caries are very important to decrease the caries incidence rate for primary and middle school students. |
