中加4年制护理本科生临床实习模式比较

目的比较中加护理本科生临床实习异同,为我国的护理本科临床实习提供借鉴。方法通过实地研究法和文献回顾的方法收集资料,比较两者在实习模式、临床带教方法和考核、实习生管理上的异同。结果在实习模式上,加方完全是护理实习模式,而中方尚有护理与医疗相结合的实习模式;加方实行问题式和反思式带教,中方则以常规带教为主,兼有问题式和反思式带教;在考核上,加方主要考察学生运用护理程序进行护理的能力,而中方主要考察临床专科技能和疾病知识掌握情况;在实习生管理上,加方设有课程负责人和协调员参与管理,而中方则还有病房负责教学的护士长或护理部教学管理人员参与管理。结论建议我国尽早开始与理论课程同步进行临床实习,完善实习考核体系,发挥课程负责人在临床实习生管理和实习中的作用。

Comparison of the Clinical Practice in 4-year Undergraduate Nursing Program between China and Canada
