补肺纳肾方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效观察

目的：探讨补肺益肾方对慢阻肺稳定期肺功能的影响及疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的98例患者随机分为两组。对照组采用西医治疗手段规范治疗，实验组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予补肺益肾方汤剂，连续给药21d ，对两组患者治疗前、后肺通气功能，治疗效果进行比较。结果：实验组治疗后肺功能较对照组明显改善，实验组总显效率为81．63％，对照组总显效率为61．22％，两组显效率比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：补肺益肾方对慢阻肺稳定期患者疗效确切，在改善临床症状、肺功能、阻断病情恶化方面具有独特疗效，值得在临床上广泛推广使用。

Efficacy of Lungs and Kidney Formulae on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Period

To investigate the efficiency of lungs and kidney formulae for chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease in stationary phase of pulmonary function and efficacy .Methods ：98 patients which included in study standards were randomly divided into control group and experiment group ,each group were given western medicine treatment , meanwhile ,the experiment group was given lungs and kidney formulae in base of treatment of the control group .The treatment lasted for 21 days .After treatment ,pulmonary function and efficacy of two groups were compared than be-fore treatment .Results：In the experiment group the pulmonary function was significantly improved ,and the total effec-tive rate was 81 .63% which was significantly higher than that in control group which was 61 .22% （P〈0 .05） .Conclu-sion：The lungs and kidney formulae has an exact clinic effect for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stationary phase ,and especially has a unique effect on improving clinical symptoms ,pulmonary function and blocking disease pro-gression .So it’s worth in widespread in clinical .
