超声乳化手术治疗开角型青光眼合并白内障疗效观察

目的：探讨超声乳化手术治疗开角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法将45例开角型青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,进行超声乳化人工晶体植入术进行治疗,观察患者治疗效果。结果患者经过治疗后视力均有不同程度的提高。术后3个月随访观察,视力〈0.1患者3例,0.1-0.2患者2例,≥0.3患者40例,其中视力在0.5以上患者28例,两者之间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。患者术后眼压较治疗前明显降低,所有患者都不需要使用降眼压药物,两者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。45例患者,其中轻度色素沉着3例,占6.67%,前房少量积血患者3例,占6.67%,经过对症处理后3-4d症状完全吸收。所有患者没有一例严重并发症发生。结论超声乳化手术治疗开角型青光眼合并白内障疗效确切,可明显降低眼内压,提高患者视力,值得临床推广研究。

Curative effect observation on ultrasonic emulsification surgery in the treatment of primary open- angle glaucoma with cataract

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification surgery for open angle glaucoma combined cataract. Methods The 45 cases of open-angle glaucoma and cataract patients as research subjects, phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for treatment, observation of patient outcomes. Results Visual acuity after treatment in patients with varying degrees of improvement. 3 months postoperative follow-up observation, 3 patients visual acuity〈0.1, 2 patients from 0.1 to 0.2, 40 patients,≥0.3, including visual acuity of 0.5 or more in 28 patients, a statistically significant difference between the two （P〈0.05 ）. IOP compared patients before treatment was significantly reduced in all patients do not require the use of intraocular pressure lowering drugs, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 45 patients, including mild pigmentation three cases, accounting for 6.67%, a small amount of blood in the anterior chamber 3 patients （6.67%）, symptomatic treatment after 3-4 days the symptoms completely absorbed. All patients no case of serious complications. Conclusion Phacoemulsification surgery for open-angle glaucoma and cataract efficacy, can significantly reduce intraocular pressure, improve visual acuity, clinical research worthwhile.
