107例系统性红斑狼疮患者自身抗体检测分析

目的探讨ANA、ENA、ds—DNA三类自身抗体免疫指标在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）诊断中的意义。方法107例患者血清，采用间接免疫荧光法测定ANA、ds—DNA，免疫印迹法测定ENA。结果女性SLE患者自身抗体的检出率高于男性；不同的年龄段自身抗体的检出率也不同，青壮年的自身抗体检出率最高；患者血清中检测出ANA阳性率高达92．5％，ds—DNA阳性率为45．8％，抗Sm阳性率为43．0％。结论各项自身抗体在不同的性别、不同的年龄段检出率都有一定的差异，说明具有不同的临床意义，为SLE的进一步研究提供重要依据。

Analysis of Detecting Auto-antibodies in 107 Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of auto-antibodies including antibody to nuclear antigen （ANA）, extractable nuclear antigen （ENA）, and ds-deoxyribonucleie acid （ds-DNA） in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods The serum of 107 patients was detected. ANA as well as ds-DNA was tested by indirect immnnofluotesent method （IIF）, and ENA was tested by western blot. Results The detection rate of female SLE patients is higher than that of male patients. The detection rate of auto-antibodies is different in various ages. The highest rate was found in the young and prime of life. In the serum of patients, the detection rate of ANA, ds-DNA and anti-Sm was 92.5%, 45.8% and 43.0%. And the highest detection rate was ANA. Conclusion The detection rates of each auto-antibodies are various in different sex and ages. It supplies important bases to further studying of SLE.
