X线监视下支架植入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞

目的观察植入特制支架治疗鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法在X线监视下共植入特制支架48个,治疗因鼻泪管阻塞而引起溢泪症状病人44例。首先将导丝经泪小点、泪小管、泪囊,通过阻塞的鼻泪管到达下鼻道,钩出导丝后将特制支架逆行植入,头端达泪囊位置时自动扩大成球状。结果48个支架均成功植入,未出现严重并发症。38只眼溢泪症状完全消失,4只症状较前有改善,总有效率87.5%,另6个支架出现阻塞或脱出。结论鼻泪管支架植入术是一种简单、安全、有效、损伤小的治疗鼻泪管阻塞的好方法。

Placed Stents under Fluoroscopic Guidance for Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction

Objective To sutdy the therapeutic effect of nasolacrimal occlusion by means of premium stents.Methods 48 stents were placed under fluoroscopic guidance in 44 consecutive patients with epihora due to total or partial obstruction of the nasolacrimal system.The procedure was performed by introducing a guidewire through the superior punctum into the canaliculus and advancing it across the obstruction into the inferior meatus of the nasal cavity.After pulling out the guidewire,the premium stent was advanced in retrograde,when get to the place of lacrimal sac,It's top expanded as ball.Results The technical successful rate was 100%.No major complications occurred.The clinical symptom completely relived in 38 eyes and partial relieved in 4,the successful rate was 87.5%,6 eyes did not improve.Conclusion This technique for treatment of obstruction of the nasolacrimal system is simple and safe,and may obviate the use of more invasive procedures.
