腹部外伤合并休克患者的急诊救治体会

目的:探讨腹部外伤合并休克患者的急诊救治措施。方法:回顾性分析48例腹部外伤合并休克患者的临床资料,根据不同临床特点采取早期综合治疗。结果:48例腹部外伤合并休克患者中,治愈44例,占91.7%,死亡4例,占8.3%,其中2例患者未经手术,急诊抢救无效死亡,另2例患者因继发性休克和严重的感染死亡。结论:给予腹部外伤合并休克患者采取早期综合急救措施是挽救患者生命的关键,对于手术治疗患者需严格掌握手术适应证,以提高抢救成功率。

Experience of emergency treatment in abdominal trauma combined with shock

Objective To explore the emergency treatment measures of abdominal trauma combined with shock.Methods A retrospective analysis was operated of the clinical data of 48 cases of abdominal trauma with shock in patients,according to different clinical features gave early comprehensive treatment.Results In 48 cases of abdominal trauma combined with shock patients,44 cases(91.7%)were cured,4 cases(8.3%) died,one of the 2 patients without operation,emergency rescue invalid,the other 2 patients died because of secondary septic shock and severe infection.Conclusion Taking early comprehensive treatment measures is the key to save the life of abdominal trauma combined with shock patients,patients who need do operation treatment have to grasp strict operation indications,in order to improve the success rate of rescue.
