| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肥胖与正常人血清结合珠蛋白水平的差异及其与瘦素的关系.方法 以酶联免疫法检测性别、年龄相匹配的超重、肥胖和体检健康者各30例的血清结合珠蛋白水平,同时测定腰围、身高、体重、瘦素等临床指标.结果 与正常对照组相比,肥胖和超重两组的平均血清结合珠蛋白水平均明显升高(P＜0.05),且肥胖组结合珠蛋白水平比超重...
