| 摘 要： | 近年来,正畸的治疗理念和目标正悄然改变,随着计算机技术、自控机加工技术、各种成像手段在正畸领域的发展和应用,正畸临床的诊断和治疗逐渐从二维平面向五维空间发展.在基础研究方面,错(牙合)畸形的发生机理和矫治机制成为近年来的研究热点,并逐渐走向细胞、分子水平;跨学科合作试验成为正畸学基础研究迅速发展的一个重要推动力.
