游离脂肪片加透明质酸钠预防腰突症术后瘢痕粘连形成

目的通过对腰椎间盘术后瘢痕粘连患者在再次手术中使用游离脂肪片加透明质酸钠来观察该法对硬膜外瘢痕粘连形成的预防效果。方法在腰椎间盘术后瘢痕粘连65例病人的再次手术中使用游离脂肪片加透明质酸钠预防瘢痕组织再次形成。结果全部病例术后随访时间平均3年零2个月,根据Macnad疗效评分标准,优13例,良43例,进步8例,差1例,优良率86.2%。结论游离脂肪片加透明质酸钠两者联合应用,可扬长避短,提高手术效果,有效预防椎板切除术后瘢痕粘连形成。

Free fat graft coupled with medical sodium hyaluronate prevent the formation of epidural cicatricial adhension after operation on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

Objective To evaluate the preventive effect on formation of epidural cicatricial adhension by using free fat graft coupled with medical sodium hyaluronate in the second operations on the patients who had suffured from epidural cicatricial adhension after the first operations for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods In the second operations of 65 patients who had gotten epidural cicatricial adhension after the first operations for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc , we used free fat graft coupled with medical sodium hyaluronate to prevent the reformation of cicatricial adhension . Results All the 65 cases were followed-up with the average time of three years and two months. According to the criteria of Macnad , the result showed excellent in 13 , good in 43 , not fine in 8 , bad in 1 .The rate of excellent and good is 86.2% . Conclusion Free fat graft coupled with medical sodium hyaluronate can avoid shortcomings , develop strongpoints , promote the effect of operations , and prevent the formation of epidural cicatricial adhension effectively.
