肛门直肠损伤（附38例报告）

ANORECTAL TRAUMA(A REPORT OF 38 CASES)

The experience of diagnosis and treatment of the anorectal trauma in 38 cases was reported.The author thinks that the key of the early diagnosis is to rocogniza the possibility of the anorectal trauma and to identify it by digital examination of the anorectum and anorectoscopic examination in suspected patients.The early debridement,repairing perforation,effective suction and reversing the pathway of stool are the basic principle of the treatment of anorectal trauma.
