| 摘 要： | 目的：了解公交司机人群脂肪肝的患病情况及相关因素。方法：对2007年在我院体检的2378名公交司机进行超声检查及血脂检验，分析这一职业人群脂肪肝的检出率及脂肪肝患者血脂异常检出率。结果：共检出脂肪肝1004例（42.22％），其中男911例（43.73％），女93例（31.53％），男女检出率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；不同年龄组脂肪肝患者病变程度的构成比比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；脂肪肝不同病变程度者血脂异常检出率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：脂肪肝在公交司机中高发，其发病与年龄和性别因素相关，患者血脂异常检出率随病变程度加重而升高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the incidence rates of fatty liver in bus drivers and the relating factors.Methods:2 378 bus drivers underwent ultrasonic examination and blood fat tests in 2007 and the detection rate of fatty liver and abnormal detection rate blood fat were analyzed.Results:The test results showed 1 004(42.22%)had fatty livers;male(43.73%)and female(31.53%)with significant difference(P<0.01).Different age groups of fatty liver disease in patients have different types of composition(P<0.01).Differ... |
