B型脑钠肽与慢性充血性心力衰竭预后的研究

目的探讨B型脑钠肽（BNP）与慢性充血性心力衰竭预后的关系。方法2008年1月-10月收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者100例,均符合美国心脏病协会分级标准（NYHA）Ⅲ～Ⅳ级,快速检测BNP,观察心血管事件发生组与未发生组患者血浆BNP浓度差异。结果发生心血管事件患者血浆BNP浓度显著升高,未发生心血管事件患者血浆BNP浓度下降。血浆BNP浓度与心血管事件发生有密切关系。结论BNP水平可以指导心力衰竭患者的治疗,并可以预测失代偿期充血性心力衰竭患者的预后。

Relation between B-Type Natriuretic Peptides and Prognosis in Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of plasma B-type natriuretic peptides（BNP）in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods From January 2008 to October 2008,100 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were admitted,whose cardiac function class was Ⅲ or Ⅳ according to New York Heart Association（NYHA）.BNP was measured in all the patients with rapid bedside assay,and association between the changes of BNP level and patients with and without end point.Results BNP levels in patients with end points increased during hospitalization,and decreased in patients without end point.BNP was associated with chronic cardiovascular events.Conclusion BNP level might be useful for guiding treatment of patients with congestive heart failure and estimating the prognosis.
