常规方法和电脑肝病治疗仪治疗病毒性肝炎临床对比观察

目的：评价电脑肝病治疗仪治疗病毒性肝炎的疗效及不良反应。方法：将116例病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组60例,对照组56例。两组均以抗炎、保肝、降酶、退黄、对症为治则。治疗组加用电脑肝病仪治疗,每日一次。结果：治疗组在消化道症状改善方面有效率95.0%,黄疸消退方面有效率90.2%。谷丙转氨酶恢复方面有效率85%。而对照组分别为82.14%、67.86%和71.43%。结论：电脑肝病治疗仪治疗肝病能迅速改善消化道症状,有效降低黄疸、转氨酶,未见明显不良反应。

The Comparison of the Effect and Nursing between Ordinary Therapy and WLGY801 Liver Disease Therapy Instrument in Patients with the Virus Hepatitis

Objective： To evaluate the effect and the adverse reaction on the patients cured by computer liver disease therapy instrument.Methods： One hundred and sixteen patients were randomly divided into the control group（56 patients,merely using such ordinary therapy as anti-inflammation,liver protection,depressing aminotransferase,removing jaundice and heteropathy） and treatment group（60 patients using ordinary therapy combined with Computer Liver Disease Therapy Instrument）.Results： The effective rate of digestive tract symptoms＇ improvement in treatment group amounts to 95.0%.The rate of jaundice decrease was 90.2%.Alanine aminotrans-ferase recovery rate was 85%.Comparatively,the corresponding rate in control group was 82.14%,67.86% and 71.43% respectively.Conclusion： WLGY801 liver disease therapy instrument can work efficiently on digestive tract condition,the decrease of jaundice and aminotransferase without predominant side effect.
