上海市社区卫生信息化建设评估指标体系及其应用研究

通过对上海市社区卫生信息化建设的现状调查及分析。结合上海市社区卫生信息技术标准研究课题，采用Delphi方法。遵循科学性、合理性、客观性、可行性、前瞻性原则。整理出上海市社区卫生信息化建设评估指标体系。并提出该指标体系的应用规范。为系统、全面、客观、公正地评价社区卫生信息化建设、信息化应用及管理水平提供一套科学、合理的评价体系。

Assessment Indicator System of Shanghai Community Health Information Construction and Application and Research

By investigating and analyzing the current status of Shanghai community health information construction, it combines the research subject of Shanghai community health information technology standard, takes Delphi, follows the principle of scientificity, rationality, objectivity, feasibility, and perspectiveness, packs up the assessment indicator system of Shanghai community health information construction, and puts forward the application criteria of the system ,which provides a scientific and rational assessment system for assess the community health information construction, information application and management level systematically, roundly, objectively, and fairly.
