| 摘 要： | 近年来研究发现,胰岛素抵抗作为许多临床疾病联系的纽带和基础,在诸多心血管疾病乃至心力衰竭的发生、发展过程中起着相当重要的作用。而脂肪组织分泌的脂肪细胞因子在胰岛素抵抗及心血管疾病的病理生理过程中扮演重要角色。随着对脂肪细胞因子了解的深入,逐步认识到其可能是胰岛素抵抗和心血管疾病的中间环节。本文重点阐述脂肪细胞因子与胰岛素抵抗及慢性心力衰竭的关系,并希望在多种心血管疾病和心力衰竭的临床治疗过程中起到一些指导作用。 |

| Abstract: | Accumalated data in recent years showed thal insulin resistance plays an important role in the genesis,development of many cardiovascular diseases, especially heart failure as thevincalum and basis of many clinical diseases. What is more, adipokines secreted byfat tissues also paly an important role in the pathophysialogic procedure of insulin resistance and cardiovascular diseases. With the further recognition of adipokines, it is said that adipokine maybe the middle linkage of insulin resistance and cardiovascular diseases. This article reviews the relationship of adipokines and insulin resistance with chronic heart failure in order to provide instruction for the clinical therapy of many cardiovascular disease and heart failure. |
