社区2型糖尿病患者降糖药物治疗合理性调查

目的了解上海市中心城区社区2型糖尿病患者的降糖药物合理使用情况。方法调查上海市静安区江宁路街道社区的613例30岁以上2型糖尿病患者的降糖药物合理使用情况。结果①2．20％的患者使用2个及以上磺脲类药物治疗；②肥胖／超重（BMI≥24）者317人中服用二甲双胍仅108人（34．10％）；③7例空腹血糖≥10mmol／L且糖尿病病程≥10年有5例（71．40％）仍未进行胰岛素治疗。④血糖水平与不合理用药显著相关（Х^2=14．059；P=0．001）。结论上海市中心城区社区2型糖尿病患者合理用药亟待加强。

Analysis on rationality of glucose--lowering drugs used in type 2 diabetic patients in community--based in Shanghai downtown

Objective To evaluate the rational use of glucose-lowering drugs in patients diagnosed as type 9. diabetes in Shanghai downtown. Method 631 patients over 30 years old diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were investigated in the Shanghai Jiangning community for describing and analyzing the rationality of glucose-lowering drug treatment. Results ①Two and/or more sulfonylurea drugs were used together in 2.2% patients. ②Among all obesity/overweight （BMI≥24） 317 patients, only 108 （34.1%） patients used metformin as the first-place anti-diabetic medicine. ③Among 7 patients with FBG≥10mmol/Land duration of diabetes ≥10 years, insulin was still not used in 5 patients. ④Glucose levels were correlated with irrational glucose-lowering drugs use （Х^2 value was 14. 059; P=0. 001）. Conelusion The rationality of glucose-lowering drugs use in patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in Shanghai downtown should be improved.
