实验性兔眼aPVR房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量的测定

目的：探讨前部增生性玻璃性网膜病变（anterior proliferative vitreoretinopathy，aPVR）病理状态下房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量的变化，从房水动力学的角度揭示aPVR引起慢性低眼压的发病机制。方法：利用培养的同种兔皮肤成纤维细胞制作aPVR引起慢性低眼压的动物模型。于术后14d、28d和56d分别测定房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量(uveoscleral outflow，Fu）。结果：术后2周，实验组和对照组房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量无明显差别，但均明显高于正常组；术后4周、8周实验组房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量明显高于对照组。结论 在aPVR病理状态下，低眼压的形成与房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量增加有关。

Testing of uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humor in chronic hypotony following anterior proliferative vitreoretinopathy
