| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病 (CHD)与血液C反应蛋白 (CRP)、纤维蛋白原 (FBG)及尿酸 (UA)的关系。方法 对 35例不同类型的CHD患者进行CRP、FBG及UA测定 ,并同 35例健康组比较。结果 CHD组CRP、FBG、UA含量明显高于正常对照组 (均P <0 0 1) ;不同类型的CHD患者中三者的浓度均以急性心肌梗死 (AMI)组增高明显 ;CRP同FBG呈正相关 (r =0 76 3,P <0 0 1)。结论 UA、CRP、FBG同CHD关系密切 ,CRP、FBG是心血管病的危险因素 ,而高UA血症可能独立于其它危险因素对CHD的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the association of coronary heart disease(CHD) with blood C reactive protein(CRP),fibrinogen(FBG) and uric acid(UA).Methods CRP,FBG and UA in 35 patients with various CHD were measured and compared with those in 35 healthy controls.Results The levels of CRP,FBG and UA were significantly higher in CHD group than those in healthy group(P<0.01),and were greatly increased in AMI group compared with those in other CHD cases.There was a positive correlation between CRP and FBG(r=0.763,P<0.01).Conclusion UA,CRP and FBG are associated with CHD.CRP and FBG are risk factors for angiocardiopathy,but hyperuricemia may be an independent one for CHD. |
