裸花紫珠片联合红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮的疗效观察

目的观察裸花紫珠片联合红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮的疗效,及其对患者皮肤屏障功能的作用。方法入选患者180例,随机分为治疗组1和治疗组2,每组各90例,另选同期健康体检者90例为对照组。治疗组1给予裸花紫珠片联合红蓝光治疗,治疗组2给予红蓝光照射治疗,对患者进行评分及疗效评价。同时,治疗前后对以上两治疗组和对照组测定经皮肤水分丢失(TEWL)、皮肤油脂。结果治疗后,治疗组1皮疹评分为(4.58±2.13)分,治疗有效率为84.44%,治疗组2的评分为(8.72±3.41)分,有效率为40.00%,两组治疗后皮疹评分均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05),且治疗组1的有效率明显优于治疗组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前治疗组1的TEWL、皮肤油脂分别为(21.44±4.48)g/(m2.h)、(188.56±52.86)μg/cm2,治疗组2的TEWL、皮肤油脂分别为(20.89±5.68)g/(m2.h)、(192.25±51.45)μg/cm2,两组结果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后治疗组1的TEWL、皮肤油脂分别为(11.12±5.33)g/(m2.h)、(112.45±55.45)g/cm2,分别较治疗前显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论裸花紫珠片联合红蓝光照射治疗寻常型痤疮安全有效,治疗后患者皮肤屏障功能明显改善。

The observation of effect of Callicarpa Nudiflora tablet combined with redblue light on patients with acne

Objective To observe the effect on Callicarpa Nudiflora tablet combined with red-blue light on patients with acne and the effect on the patients′ skin barrier function.Methods 180 patients were selected randomly divided into two treatment groups with 90 cases in each group,90 cases of healthy persons were selected as the control group.Treatment group 1 was given Callicarpa Nudiflora tablet combined with red-blue alternating irradiation,and the treatment group 2 was given the red-blue light treatment only.Before and after treatment,scores and therapeutic efficacy were measured,and TEWL and sebum were determined.Results After treatment,the score of treatment group 1 was（4.58 ±2.13） and efficiency rate was 84.44%,the score of treatment group 2 was（8.72 ±3.41） and efficiency rate was 40.00%.The scores of the two groups after the treatment were all found better than those of before the treatment（P〈0.05）,efficiency rate of treatment group 1 was found better than that of treatment group 2,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treat ment,the TEWL and sebum of treatment group 1 were（21.44 ±4.48） g/（m^2.h） and（188.56±52.86） μg/cm^2,while in treatment group 2 the TEWL and sebum were（20.89±5.68） g/（m^2.h） and（192.25±51.45） μg/cm^2,the results of the two treatment groups were all found higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.After treatment,TEWL and sebum of the treatment group 1 were（11.12 ±5.33） g/（m^2.h） and（112.45±55.45） g/cm^2,they were all found lower than those of before treatment,the differences were all statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Callicarpa Nudiflora tablet combined with red-blue light are safe and effective,and they can improve the patients ′ skin barrier function.
