结核患者结核抗体、血沉以及C-反应蛋白检测的临床分析

摘    要:目的研究结核患者结核抗体、血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测的意义。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,对2006年3月~2011年7月在我院就诊的210例结核患者及200例健康者的结核抗体、ESR与CRP检测结果进行分析比较。结果结核患者的结核抗体、ESR、CRP与健康者的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结核患者中结核抗体阳性组与结核抗体阴性组ESR、CRP比较,两组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);活动性结核患者组的CRP与非活动性结核患者组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而结核抗体、ESR的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结核抗体、ESR、CRP对结核病诊断具有一定的作用,CRP对判断结核活动性有较大帮助。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical function of tuberculosis antibody,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C-reaction protein(CRP) in diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods 210 cases with tuberculosis and 200 cases healthy adults were selected in our hospital from March 2006 to July 2011 to detect the tuberculosis antibody,ESR and CRP,the data were analyzed and compared retrospectively.Results The differences of tuberculosis antibody,ESR and CRP between the tuberculosis group and healthy adults were all statistically significant(all P 0.05).The differences of ESR and CRP between tuberculosis antibody positive group and tuberculosis antibody negative group were all statistically significant(all P 0.05;the difference of CRP between active tuberculosis and non-active tuberculosis group was statistically significant(P 0.05),the difference of tuberculosis antibody and ESR were not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The tuberculosis antibody,ESR and CRP have important roles in diagnosis of tuberculosis.CRP can assist diagnosing active tuberculosis.
