老年心脑血管病患者中心动脉压检测分析及护理对策

目的探讨中心动脉压在老年心脑血管患者中的检测价值及护理干预对心脑血管患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取我院2011年2月~2012年3月收治的65例心脑血管患者作为观察组;同期选取我院体检中心进行体检的健康人65例作为对照组;观察组在治疗基础上给予全面的护理干预措施。比较两组受试者周围及中心动脉血压参数,同时分析观察组患者中心动脉压与周围及血管功能检测指标相关性。结果观察组患者周围及中心动脉压参数、血管检测指标均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);老年心脑血管患者中心动脉收缩压(CSBP)和脉压(CPP)与年龄、周围动脉收缩压(PSBP)、周围动脉脉压(PPP)、最大颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMTmax)、臂踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)和踝臂指数(ABI)存在显著相关性(均P<0.05)。结论检测及评估中心动脉压参数对心脑血管疾病的发生及发展具有重要的临床应用价值,且给予相应的护理干预后,可显著提高心脑血管患者的临床治疗效果。

Detection analysis of arterial pressure on elderly patients with cardiocerebral vascular diseases and nursing strategy

Objective To investigate the detection value of arterial blood pressure in elderly patients with cardiocerebral vascular diseases and effect of nursing interventions on elderly patient with cardiocerebral vascular diseases.Methods clinical data of 65 patients with cardiocerebral vascular diseases in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2012 were selected as observation group.65 patients in physical examination center in our hospital were selected in the same time as control group.Observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures.CSBP,CPP of two groups were compared,central venous pressure and the index of vascular function of observation group were analyzed.Results Central venous pressure and the index of vascular function of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there were significant correlations on CSBP,CPP of elderly heart patients and age,PSBP,PPP,IMTmax,baPWV and ABI（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Detection and assessment of central aortic pressure parameters on the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has important clinical value;And give the appropriate nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical treatment of patients with cardiovascu lar and cerebrovascular effects.
