紫外分光光度法测定川射干总黄酮的含量

摘    要:
目的:建立川射干总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定川射干药材中的射干苷含量,测定波长为266nm。结果:射干苷在0.002-0.010mg·mL^-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9991,回收率为97.45%,RSD为0.65%,川射干总黄酮的平均含量为4.17%。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为川射干总黄酮含量测定的方法。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Chuanshegan. Methods. The contents of total flavonoids in Chuanshegan were determined by UV spectrophotometry with a detection wavelength at 266nm. Results. Good linear relationship with absorbability occurred when the concentration range of tectoridin was 0. 002-0. 010 mg· mL^-1 (r=0. 9991) and its recovery was 97. 45%(RSD=0. 65%). The sample contained total flavonoids 4. 17%. Conclusions.The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with good repeatability and recovery. It can be used to determine the content of total flavonoids in Chuanshegan.
