青年女性系统性红斑狼疮患者的健康教育效果分析

目的提高系统性红斑狼疮青年女性患者健康教育质量,保证其得到及时有效的健康教育,从而提高其生活质量,减少复发。方法2003年9月-2004年9月56例女性SLE患者,年龄20~45岁,随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规传统的宣教内容及方法,实验组则除此之外,内容上增新,形式上多样化,2组对照分析。结果实验组对SLE知识的知晓率达93.3%,全程治疗完成率达100%,6个月内复发率减少,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论注重青年女性SLE患者的健康教育,并采用新的宣教方式,能显著地增强健康教育的效果,有利于提高患者的生活质量。

Health education of SLE young woman patients

Objective To improve the quality of health education and ensure the timely and effective health education for system lupus erythematosus (SLE) young woman patients, so as to improve their quality of life and decrease the recurrence rate. Methods 56 SLE young women were randomly divided into the test group and the control group, from September of 2003 to September of 2004, with the ages of 20-45. Patients in the test group received the new health education way, and patients in the control group only received the traditional health education. The two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The knowledge rate for SLE was 93.3%, the complete rate of whole-course treatment reached 100% and the recurrence rate within six months decreased in the test group. The results in the test group were all obviously higher than those in the control group, showing a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Paying more attention to the health education of SLE young women patients and adopting the new method of health education could effectively enhance the effect of health education and improve the life quality of SLE young women patients.
