TLR3与外周血单个核细胞HBV宫内感染关系

目的 了解Toll样受体3(TLR3)在外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)上的表达情况,探讨TLR3与PBMCHBV宫内感染的关系。方法 巢式病例对照研究随访228例HBsAg阳性孕妇至分娩,免疫荧光双标记法检测HBsAg阳性孕妇及其新生儿PBMC涂片上HBsAg及TLR3。结果 228例HBsAg阳性孕妇有64例(28.07%)PBMC HBsAg阳性;161例(70.61%)TLR3表达阳性;TLR3在PBMC HBV感染组和非感染组表达差异有统计学意义(χ²=30.944,P<0.000 1);新生儿有35例(15.35%)PBMC HBsAg阳性;HBsAg阳性孕妇PBMC上TLR3的表达与新生儿PBMCHBV宫内感染有关(χ²=12.354,P<0.000 1)。结论 TLR3可能是HBsAg阳性孕妇PBMC HBV感染的一个保护因素(OR=0.181,95%CI=0.091~340);也是PBMCHBV宫内感染的保护因素(OR=0.279,95%CI=0.133~0.585)。

Study on relationship between TLR3 and PBMC HBV intrauterine infection

Objective To understand TLR3's expression on the PBMC and explore the relationship between TLR3 and PBMC HBV intrauterine infection.Methods 228 HBSAg positive pregnancy women were followed-up to delivery by nest case-control study,HBsAg and TLR3 on HBsAg positive pregnancy women and PBMC smears were detected by immunoflu orescence double staining.Results 64 PBMC smears were detected.PBMC HBsAg positive were found from 228 HBsAg positive pregnancy women in serum and the positive rate' was 28.07%;161 PBMC smears were detected by TLR3 positive and the positive rate was 70.61%(161/228),TLR3's expression was statistical sig nificance in PBMC HBV infection group compared with non-infection group(P<0.0001);35 PBMC smears were detected HBsAg positive from 228 HBsAg positive(in serum)pregnancy women's newborn infants and the positive rate was 15.35%;the expression of TLR3 on pregnancy women's PBMC were relative with PBMC HBV intrauterine infection of new born infants(P<0.0001).Conclusion TLR3 probably is a protective factor for PBMC HBV infection of HBsAg positive(in serum)pregnancy women(OR=0.181,OR95%CI=0.091-0.340),and is also a protective factor for PBMC HBV intrauterine infection of newborn infants(OR=0.279,0R95%CI=0.133-0.585).
