| 摘 要： | 目的探讨弥漫型细支气管肺泡癌（DBAC）的CT表现。方法回顾性分析2006-2008年我院经病理证实的17例DBAC的CT表现。结果以实变为主型10例,其中6例见＂蜂窝＂或网格影,2例见叶间裂膨隆,8例见充气支气管征,5例合并多发结节和（或）磨玻璃密度影,4例行增强扫描均可在实变区内见＂血管造影征＂。多发结节/肿块型5例,其中单叶单段1例,单叶多段2例,多叶多段2例;主要特征有胸膜牵拉、磨玻璃密度、充气支气管征及空泡征。磨玻璃密度影2例,其中＂铺路石＂征1例。大多数患者呈多种征象混合表现。结论弥漫型细支气管肺泡癌的CT征象复杂,应深入细致分析各种征象提高本病的诊断正确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the findings in diffuse bronchioalveolar carcinomas (DBAC) on CT. Methods Findings in 17 patients with DBAC on CT verified by pathology in Chinese PLA General Hospital during 2006-2008 were retrospectively analyzed.
