丹红注射液联合前列腺素E1治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效观察

目的观察丹红注射液联合前列腺素E1（PGE1）治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（ASO）的疗效。方法我院收治的81例ASO患者随机分为丹红组、PGE1组、合用组各27例，3组病例均对基础疾病（高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、感染等）进行治疗。丹红组用丹红注射渡30ml，前列腺素组用前列地尔100μg，合用组用丹红注射液30ml＋前列地尔100μg，均加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注，每天1次。15d为1个疗程，未达治愈者再用1个疗程。观察3组患者的疗效。结果第一疗程结束时，合用组临床疗效明显优于丹红组和PGE1组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。第二疗程结束时3组疗效间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论丹红注射液和前列腺素E1联合应用能提高ASO疗效，缩短住院时间。

A Clinical Observation of Danhong Injection and Prostaglandin E1 on Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of Danhong Injection and of PGEI in the treatment for ASO. Methods A retrospective stud）, was made on the clinical progress and therapy of 81 patients with ASO from 2006 to 2008 and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated. Results On 15 days, in the combination of Danhong Injection and PGE1 treatment group, 24 were excellent or good （89%） ; In the Danhong Injection control group, 10 were excellent or good （37%） ; In the PGE1 control group, 13 were excellent or good （48%）, There was significant difference between the treatment group and two control groups. Conclusion The combination of Dahong Injection and PGE1 can improve the effect of treating ASO.
