| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨提高糖尿病患者生存质量的方法。方法:将149例糖尿病患者按年龄、性别、婚姻状况、学历、糖尿病类型及治疗方法相近者随机分为实验组(n=78)及对照组(n=71),采用糖尿病生存质量特异性量表对两组患者在研究时及6个月后进行问卷调查评分。结果:实验组经系统化健康教育后,6个月的生存质量显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者进行系统化健康教育是提高自我管理水平,改善生存质量的有效方法。 |
