| 摘 要： | 目的了解并总结虹口区社区健康咨询点现况,以进一步规范咨询点的工作,为提高社区健康咨询服务的可及性和便利性提供建议。方法采用问卷调查与现场观察相结合的方法,对全区所有咨询点的硬件、软件配备情况、咨询员开展工作的情况以及服务对象对咨询点知晓率、满意度进行综合评估。结果90.39%的咨询点挂牌,79.00%的咨询点开放时间为半天,77.00%的居民认为咨询点对社区居民非常重要,提出了增加健康教育资料、调整咨询内容等建议。结论居民对咨询服务点的总体评价是满意的,但咨询点的整体服务水平还有待提高,咨询服务的时间和内容还有待于调整和完善。
