| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用锁定解剖钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法 2007年1月~2009年3月对62例股骨远端骨折分别应用解剖型锁定钢板作内固定治疗,随访10~24个月,平均16个月。结果根据Merchan疗效评定标准:优32例,良20例,可7例,差3例,优良率为83.87%。结论锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折,疗效确切,效果满意。早期进行综合功能锻炼可提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment of distal femoral fracture with a anatomical locking plate and internal fixation.Methods From Junary 2007to March 2009.3,62 patients with distal femoral fracture were treated with a anatomical locking plate and internal fixation.These patients were followed up 10 to 24 months(mean 16 months) after the operation.Results According to the Merchan's criterion: the outcomes were excellent in 32 cases,good in 20 cases,fair in 7 cases and poor in 3 cases.The rate of excellent and g... |
