| 摘 要： | 目的观察关节镜下治疗退变型股骨髁间窝撞击综合征的临床效果。方法 2005年6月~2009年8月,关节镜下治疗退变型股骨髁间窝撞击综合征83例,关节镜下行髁间窝扩大成形术和骨赘摘除术。随访1年以上行疗效评定。患者膝关节功能以Lysholm评分系统评分。结果全部病例获完整随访,平均随访32月(12~58月)。术后Lysholm评分81~96分,平均(86.24±5.26)分,术前评分61~73分,平均(66.23±5.24)。疗效评定:优52例,良18例,中10例,差3例,优良率84.3%。结论关节镜下治疗退变型股骨髁间窝撞击综合征创伤小、恢复快、可重复、治疗完全,是一种可行的方法。
