胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤患者血清CgA、PKB的水平及其临床意义

目的探讨胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤患者血清嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)、蛋白激酶B(PKB)水平及意义。方法选取87例胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤患者作为观察组,同时选取健康体检者80例作为对照组,检测血清CgA、PKB水平。结果观察组血清CgA、PKB水平分别为(140.41±43.02)ng/ml和(1.69±0.15)ng/ml,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中低分化、肿瘤大小>3 cm患者血清CgA分别为(146.97±31.06)ng/ml和(150.39±42.26)ng/ml、PKB分别为(1.73±0.21)ng/ml和(1.74±0.18)ng/ml,明显高于中高分化、肿瘤大小≤3 cm患者(P<0.05)。胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤患者血清CgA与PKB呈正相关(γ=0.438,P<0.05)。结论胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤患者血清CgA、PKB水平显著升高,并与临床病理特征有关,两者间存在正相关关系。

Serum Levels of CgA and PKB in Patients with Gastrointestinal and Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors and Their Significance

Objective To investigate the levels and significance of serum chromogranin A(CgA)and protein kinase B(PKB)in patients with gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.Methods 87 patients with gastrointestinal pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy persons were selected as the control group,and the levels of serum CgA and PKB were detected.Results The serum levels of CgA and PKB in the observation group were(140.41±43.02)ng/ml and(1.69±0.15)ng/ml,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);in the observation group,the serum CgA levels in patients with low differentiation and tumor size>3 cm were(146.97±31.06)ng/ml and(150.39±42.26)ng/ml,and the PKB levels were(1.73±0.21)ng/ml and(1.74±0.18)ng/ml,which were significantly higher than those of patients with moderate to high differentiation and tumor size≤3 cm(P<0.05);Serum CgA was positively correlated with PKB in patients with gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(γ=0.438,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of CgA and PKB in patients with gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors increase,which are related to clinicopathological characteristics,and there is a positive correlation between them.
